Cassandra grew up in Joshua Tree, went to college in Los Angeles then moved to San Diego to be close to her family. She has 2 young daughters and a stepson, is a certified herbalist, and is now pursuing her masters degree in nutrition. She enjoys learning, connecting with and educating her patients. She studied public health as an undergrad and has a passion for helping people. She enjoys hiking, cooking, creating, making herbal elixers to share and volunteering at her kids schools.
