Meet Courtney Moore

Courtney Moore is a registered dental hygienist licensed in Texas and Maryland with over 16 years of experience in the dental field. She is passionate about educating dental patients and giving back to the community. She has been in the dental field since she was seventeen and is enthusiastic about her future goals.

Courtney has experience working in full-mouth reconstructive practices and also general, pediatric, cosmetic, and prosthodontic practices. Currently, she works on a military base in Germany and enjoys providing care to the military community and their families.

What do you think is most rewarding about being a dental hygienist?

The most rewarding aspect of being a dental hygienist is giving back to the communities, providing patient education related to their oral health care needs, and providing homecare product suggestions to improve a patient’s oral health. She is passionate about educating her patients about the oral-systemic link to improve their oral health and quality of life.

Unique & proud RDH

Courtney has had the pleasure of working in multiple practices and multiple countries. One of the most challenging in her career was working in the full-mouth reconstruction clinic in Maryland. Most of the patients she assisted in treating were mostly cancer patients who required specialized reconstructive surgery and personalized homecare.

Access to care within the military community is not always easy, depending on where you are stationed with the military, especially overseas. Being able to provide dental care to the military community and giving back is one of many that Courtney is exceptionally proud of as a registered dental hygienist.

Future goals

Courtney loves continuing her education and giving back to communities in need. She has future aspirations to obtain her Bachelor’s and later her Master’s degree associated with the dental hygiene career field.
